How To Enjoy: Mix together Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, Amaretti and Aperitif Dry with cloudy apple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup to make a perfect Lyre’s Orchard Fizz.
Dry London Spirit To Taste: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepperberry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.
Amaretti To Taste: Totally almond on the palate and tangy with spice to keep the nutty and candied vanilla flavours to a delicious medium-sweet. Sugar levels are beautifully balanced by the slight bitterness that almonds naturally have. The finish is long and generous.
Aperitif Dry To Taste: Dry and aromatic to taste. Distinct flavours of citrus, anise, fine herbs with a touch of saline to give it balance and length.
